Steps by step process how to close Upstox account
- First login to your Upstox account
- Click on the Profile tab.
- Click on the name or My Account
- Click the Account closer (It will redirect to closer page)
- Click on Close account at below displayed button
- Click on the displayed link below the confirmation tab are you sure you want to close your account
- After confirmation of your request will appear in account closer page
- Make sure you have no holding balance in your account.
- Check your account balance is clear then
- Select reason to close Account
- Click the Close account button
Another way how to close your Upstox account
- Open your email create a compose mail
- Type support@upstox.com at to box
- Write subject Deactivate Upstox account
- write below message “Hi sir/mam, I want to deactivate our Upstox account”
- Then you will receive a message from Upstox support team, now simply click on the generated link.
- Loing your account
- After clicking, you will redirect to the confirmation page
- Account closer window will be open
- Make sure you have no holding balance in your account.
- Check your account balance is cleared
- Select a reason to close account
- Click the Close account button
Now your account will be closed within 7-8 days
